Footwear Industry
EVA is the most widely used and cost-effective foamed material in footwear. Photovoltaic industry
EVA is mainly used as encapsulant film in the photovoltaic industry. It is the most widely used and cost-effective auxiliary material for crystalline silicon modules. Compared with EVA for footwear, photovoltaic-grade EVA features higher VA content and stricter requirements on purity and aging resistance.
Other cushioning materials: yoga mats/fitness mats/children's crawling mats
EVA foam is widely used for yoga mats, fitness mats and kids play mats. It is lightweight, soft, shock-absorbent, anti-slip and wear-resistant. The material is waterproof, easy to clean, odorless and safe, also featuring sound and heat insulation, making it a popular choice for home and sports use.
Cable industry
EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) is a key basic material in the wire and cable industry. It is widely used in halogen-free flame retardant compounds, cross-linked insulation, semi-conductive shielding, sheathing and heat-shrinkable materials, serving as the core base material for low-smoke zero-halogen cables and photovoltaic cables.
Hot Melt Adhesive Industry
EVA is the most important and widely used base resin for hot melt adhesives. With excellent adhesion, thermal stability, fluidity and compatibility, it is extensively applied in book binding, wood edge banding, packaging, shoemaking, automotive, hygiene products and other fields, serving as the mainstream material for eco-friendly solvent-free adhesives.
